Kanin is currently studying with Prof. Reiner Küchl, concertmaster of Vienna Philharmonic Orchestra at the University of Music and Performing Arts Vienna, Austria. In 2002, Kanin won the Gold medal from a violin competition organized by Austrian music Examination Board. He also received a scholarship to participate in an international music camp 2003 at Weinheim, Germany.
Kanin has been a member of Bangkok Symphony Orchestra since 2002. In 2006, he has served as principal second violin of the Niederösterreich Jugendorchestra.
